Insight Global is seeking a Lead Seasonal Story Designer to support a large sports lifestyle retail brand in the Beaverton, Oregon area. In this role, you will be part of the North America Seasonal Retail Brand Design team?the group responsible for driving retail innovation across the brand?s largest geography and delivering compelling seasonal storytelling for the Holiday ?25 season.As a Lead-level designer, you will guide creative development across one or multiple workstreams, partnering closely with internal teams and agency partners to bring highly engaging, immersive concepts to life. You will contribute to multiple retail activations operating on an 8?10 week workback schedule. A Day in the Life: The Member Benefit Advocate is responsible for all inbound phone, chat, and email intake for one line of business. This communication comes from both health plan members and providers and can include, but is not limited to, quotation of benefits, eligibility inquiries, claim status, balance billing situations, member plan education, member physician or facility access issues, and other claim-related billing questions. Member Benefit Advocates are responsible for providing members and providers with requested information in a clear, timely, and professional manner. The team member is responsible for making outbound calls to providers, clients, and TPA partners to gather appropriate information or submit requests as needed to reach a timely resolution. The Member Benefit Advocate will also attend various meetings and training sessions to ensure they are fully capable and up to date on job roles and responsibilities.?Service members as they navigate their employer sponsored healthcare plans by quoting benefits, interpreting plan documents, answering questions regarding claim status and Explanation of Benefit (EOB) documents, and assisting in finding quality care providers.?Service providers by providing eligibility verification, quoting benefits, and answering questions regarding claim status and pricing inquiries. Day to Day:Insight Global is looking for a software engineer to support one of our customers out of Mexico City, MX. This engineer will be joining a full stack engineering team to support in the creation of new features supporting of existing applications on their web based financial platforms. Core responsibilities include hands on development of stories, pushing them into existing CI/CD pipelines, in unit testing, integration testing, and making sure they run smoothly. About 20% of this role will involve production support. This developer will be leveraging around 50-60% java spring boot on the back end and 40-50% react on the front end and requires participation in paired programming. This position is onsite 4 days a week in Mexico City, MX.
